Had an amazing trip with friends! We explored the stunning Port of Valldemossa and loved the active vibe with impressive sports facilities. The apartment was perfect and well-equipped. The staff were friendly, and the location was super convenient. Don't miss the delicious breakfast options!
Check-in was really slow, and it took forever to get help from the reception.

definitely coming here again
Our family had a great time! The pool area is awesome with different depths for kids. The room had a private pool, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. The entertainment was super fun, and the staff were really friendly. The food options were wide-ranging, especially for breakfast with lots of choices. Plus, the nearby beach was only a short walk away.

The spacious two-bedroom suite was immaculate, complete with a kitchenette and a lovely balcony surrounded by lush gardens. The children absolutely adored the well-maintained pools, especially the baby spray pool with a slide. Dinner options were decent, offering a solid variety, but be prepared for nearby restaurants charging a premium for lackluster cuisine. The location was convenient for beach access but can get quite crowded on weekends.

Just had a week here in a Two Bedroom Suite with Balcony, and it was pretty enjoyable. The pools were great, especially for kids, with shallow areas perfect for little ones. The gardens surrounding the pools were beautiful, creating a peaceful atmosphere to unwind. Breakfast each morning offered a large variety, and the food tasted fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was ideal too. just a quick walk to the beach with plenty of local restaurants nearby. However, the air conditioning in our room wasn't ideal. It struggled to cool down comfortably, which made some nights a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, I found the furniture in the suite a bit dated and in need of repairs, like a broken drawer handle. The sunbed situation felt chaotic. It was almost impossible to find a shaded spot after 9 AM due to towels saving loungers. Overall, a good stay but with some notable issues to address.

Beautiful gardens. Fantastic pool area for kids. The food at dinner lacked flavor. Gym equipment could use some updates. Tennis courts were enjoyable. Overall, a solid stay.

beautiful and well maintained gardens, spacious and newly remodeled rooms, multiple pools with varying depths
The stairs lack safety handrails and get dangerously slippery!!! The bathrooms near the pool are outdated and in urgent need of renovation!!! Please address the leaking water damage in rooms and common areas!!!

The room was spacious and well maintained, with a kitchenette and a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Plenty of towels, which was a nice touch so we didn’t have to ask for more. It felt clean and quiet. The air conditioning worked great. Only downside was that some of the finishes seemed a bit cheap for a place like this. Overall, comfy enough for a family stay!
